As part of our commitment to our people, FedEx Ground offers a group benefit program where monthly premiums are 100% paid by the Company.
Employees are eligible for extended health and dental coverage, Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment, long- and short- term disability coverage and offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees are eligible immediately.
Non-package handler employees are eligible for the program upon employment.
Part-time Admin/Clerk employee Reimbursement:
Up to $1,500.00 per calendar year (for eligible expenses)
Part-time Non-Admin/Clerk employee Reimbursement:
Up to $2,500.00 per calendar year (for eligible expenses)
Full-time Non-package handler employee Reimbursement Limit:
Up to $5,000.00 per calendar year (for eligible expenses)
Paid Time Off
All full-time and part-time non-package handler employees are eligible to accrue vacation.
Non-package handler employees are eligible to receive holiday pay* upon employment, and will enjoy up to 6 paid holidays a year
Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
*Part-time Non-Package Handler Employees: Holiday pay is based on the scheduled standard hours to work per week Example: 25 hours per week / 5-day week = 5 hours of holiday pay

FedEx Ground offers: Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP): Eligible upon completing 3 months of service Company match up to 4.5% of base wages Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP): May elect to make additional voluntary contributions from your base wages up to your personal RRSP contribution limit Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA): May elect to make additional voluntary contributions from your base wages up to your personal RRSP contribution limit
